Married with four Children and five Grandchildren, I am actively involved in the local community, a member of Destiny Worship Center, and enjoy golfing, music, the beach, and boating. As the oldest boy of four and one sister, along with my parents, the Manthey Family is well established in the area. With my love of this area and seeing first hand the incredible potential for Real Estate Growth and Investment Opportunities on the Emerald Coast, I decided to pursue my long time passion for Real Estate and Development full time. Initially, I started out as a Residential Mortgage Broker later becoming a Partner in the Brokerage. In 2005, I decided to move full time into Real Estate Sales with a Regional Real Estate Brokerage. Since becoming more involved with Residential Development and Commercial transactions, in 2010, I moved over to Premier Property Group to best serve my Client’s needs. Currently, I have two Real Estate Companies, Manthey Capital Group, LLC and GMP Development & Investment, LLC and an active Real Estate Advisor with Manthey Group at Premier Property Group. Manthey Group provides decades of expertise, local area and investment knowledge, innovative marketing, and a fresh perspective on the ever-changing Real Estate Market. We also specialize in “Off Market” opportunities and bring many exclusive opportunities to our Clients. In an Off Market transaction on a Luxury Gulf of Mexico Beachfront Estate/Development property, I represented both Buyer and Seller in a deal that broke the Florida Panhandle Real Estate Residential Sales Record, closing at $25million in 2022. We are currently building a 6,600 SF 6-Bedroom/7-Bathroom Luxury Coastal Modern Bay/Waterfront “Spec Home” in Kelly Plantation, with an expected completion date of late Summer 2023. This Estate on 330 Kelly Plantation Drive is currently listed for sale. We have many other Planned Projects coming soon so will share when available. I am also Principal/ Managing Member of Manthey Capital Group, LLC (MCG), est. 2004. MCG is a trusted Consultant Source for High-Profile Clients including Ownership Groups, Investors and Developers in various Market Sectors including high-end/luxury residential, senior housing (IL/MC/AL/CCRC), hospitality, multi-family, mixed-use, retail, office, RV projects, self-storage, grocery-anchored centers, and development parcels throughout the country. MCG has completed countless transactions across Florida, the Southern States, Midwest, and East Coast up to New York. MCG Team includes two Associates, an Attorney, a Civil Engineer, and Equity Partners. MCG has since become one of the most trusted and reputable Consultant Companies in the Real Estate Industry.
